We recommend downloading the LMDC跟踪日志 to help guide your course choices and track your completion of certificate requirements.

Yes, but only for asynchronous electives. In synchronous facilitator-led courses, your attendance is already recorded. If you didn't take any asynchronous elective courses on COVLC or LinkedIn 学习, then you don't have to provide any certificates.
You can request your LMDC certificate 在这里, and upload your accompanying certificates as needed.
