Chair's Welcome
Welcome to the Department of 教学 & 学习 in the Darden College of Education and Professional Studies! We offer initial teacher licensure 项目 in early childhood education, elementary education, secondary education, and the MonarchTeach program, which provides mathematics and science undergraduate majors a path to teacher licensure. Additionally, we offer graduate licensed teacher 项目 to support PreK-12 licensed teachers and to prepare reading specialists and mathematics specialists, as well as a rigorous Ph.D. program in Curriculum & Instruction.
Our department houses nationally and internationally renowned faculty engaged in research, 教学, and service across PreK-12 education.
